WHAT IS IN YOUR CANDLES?

We use only 100% pure soy wax that is plant based, biodegradable, nontoxic and cruelty free. Our fragrance oils are top quality, paraben/phthalate free and plant based if possible. Our cotton wicks are clean burning and we don't use added dyes or other chemicals. Our reusable tins are made from 100% recycled steel, great for small storage after your candle is finished. Your candle may have a rough surface before/after burning, this is characteristic of soy wax and does not indicate a defect.

HOW DO I BURN MY CANDLE PROPERLY?

Our candles should be burned at least until there is a fully melted surface, which takes about an hour. Do not burn longer than 3-4 hours. Trim the wick to 1/4" after each burn once the wax has hardened. Burn in a well ventilated area on a level surface, keep away from drafts and vibrations and never leave a candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, never burn on or near anything that can catch fire. One of our candles will easily scent a 150-200 sq. foot room, for larger spaces we suggest additional candles.

HOW DO MY CANDLES GET TO ME?

We offer free pickup in Charleswood or a flat $5 delivery fee within Winnipeg and close surrounding areas - Headingley, Oak Bluff, St. Norbert, Deacon's Corner, East/West St. Paul. If you are further away a meet up can be arranged or we can ship to you. Shipping will depend on order and location, contact us for rates.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS/RETURN POLICIES?

We accept credits cards and e-transfer payments for online orders, whichever you prefer. We are happy to exchange any unlit candle if the scent just isn't right for you, no worries. Certain scents are lighter/heavier than others so feel free to email us for help with your purchase.

Of course! Custom candles are the perfect little gift for a wedding or as a thank you for your clients.
